Balconies are a major maintenance item for most high-rise buildings. Typical concrete
balconies are under constant attack from the ever-changing Calgary weather. Tiny cracks
and spalling will allow water ingress, and that creates damage to the surface and
structural members.

an existing surface, formwork to repair the concrete deck, pouring concrete at height to
